Asset Managers act as the Owner’s Representative within a well-defined Schedule of Authorities to:

• Interact with senior leadership / management of Owners, Banks, Regulators & Counterparties, including
  • Providing Financial reporting, BOD leadership & management, etc.;
• Provide day-to-day O&M / Operations / Energy Management oversight and accountability, and
• Investigate / recommend / execute value creation strategies & tactics, such as:
  • Exploiting ancillary services opportunities, fuel type / switching options, origination, “seams” issues, construction of additional units, clutching options, etc.
